Do you have a skill set that you think would be of value to Red Beret Design? Then I’d love to hear from you. Preference is given to professionals who are full-time sole proprietors or small consultancies, as that is the best fit for the virtual team business model. If you are freelancing “on the side” from your full-time job, or do not have significant professional experience, then it is unlikely you will be a good fit.

At this time I am only interested in hearing from people who reside in the U.S. and have the legal right to work in this country.

Please understand that Red Beret Design does not have any full time job openings. This is a recruitment for people who can collaborate or work as subcontractors, not employees.

I am particularly interested in people with the following skills:

• PHP programming, especially with experience with Joomla, Drupal or WordPress modules
• Web site usability testing
• Powerpoint & Keystone presentations
• Designers who specialize in logo design
• Video producer/director/editor (Local to Raleigh-Durham, NC)

I am looking to build a team of people with specific social media and inbound marketing specialities. I’m not looking for generalists or social media strategists, but people who are thoroughly versed in the tools and techniques of each of the following:

• SEO and web analytics
• Facebook & Twitter
• Landing page optimization
• Email marketing campaigns
